To provide a quality service we initially select the most suitable personnel for the role. All employees receive full in-depth training, including COSHH training, through the internal Templewood Services Training and Development program. This training is given on induction and continues throughout employment.
We operate a monitoring system and all employees are fully assessed after 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and then every subsequent 12 months.
Our proactive and dedicated specialist Managers are responsible for high level and strategic liaison with you. They closely monitor the activities and performance levels of Templewood staff working on your behalf.

RECRUITMENT AND VETTING
Whilst benefiting from our in-depth training and support, Templewood personnel must firstly satisfy rigorous employment criteria:
Staff must demonstrate experience and qualifications, supported by references (always followed up) and a comprehensive employment record.
The backgrounds of all personnel are checked in accordance with industry guidelines and standards.
All staff are regularly monitored and assessed to ensure that they are delivering optimum levels of service at all times.
Employees must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a positive and courteous attitude, plus the ability to deal competently with all situations and challenges.
Staff are subject to ongoing training in the latest developments and techniques.
